Disha having fun at the beach

Recently we had a Florida beach road trip as we were driving back from Miami to Lewisville. This was Disha's (15 month old then) first long road trip and first trip to the beach. She had a blast! As soon as we let her down, she was playing with the sand (ate some of it too) and curiously wondering why it kept slipping out of her hands. She loved the water and kept running towards the waves. Her face was a sight to see when the sand moved out from under her feet! She is definately a beach baby.

The Zoo

Zoos and petting farms are this boy's favorite places to visit! The Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia, SC is our favorite zoo to explore; if you are ever in Hilton Head, you must stop by the petting farm at the stables in Sea Pines--it's free!
