We wanted to splurge a little for our 1 1/2 yr old daughter\'s first trip to Sea World and this was a very nice hotel. They gave her a welcome bag with small toys, crayons, candy etc. The room was smaller than we were used to - it was very tight with luggage & pack\'n\'play - but we should have expected that being a historic hotel downtown. It was very clean and nicely furnished. They offer a special turndown service for kids - includes a cookie & milk. Unfortunately they forgot to do this for us. However, when we mentioned this they immediately sent someone up and also gave us a complimentary room service breakfast. We also stayed on a Saturday night and around bar closing time it sounded like a riot in our room it was so noisy. A river side or interior room would be quieter, rather than a street facing room. We brought our own pack-play so I can\'t comment on what the hotel would provide. I would suggest this hotel to people kids either older or younger than toddlers since our daughter was into everything and since things were crowded it was hard to keep her out of trouble. All that said, the service was impecable and very professional. They bent over backwards trying to make up for our disappointments. The hotel is also very charming and beautiful, I\'d definately recommend it for a couples getaway, but not so much for family trips with toddlers. As for the Riverwalk in general, it is a killer with a stroller so leave that behind.
