Most of our items ship within one business day, however some of our larger products like strollers are shipped to you direct from the manufacturer and can take a few extra days; every item in the online catalogue has a shipping availability and turnaround time listed on its details page.
Our shipping rates are based on the total weight of all the products in your shopping cart. We will select the best carrier for each order; based on both delivery time and price, most orders are shipped using UPS ground.
Rush shipping is available on most orders for an additional $20. We do not offer rush on larger items and orders that weigh over 16 Lbs.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
Merchant.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return item ID (RMA), most purchases can be returned within 30 days for a full refund; as long as the item is returned in unused resalable condition and the item is in its original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the return unless the return meets one of the following exceptions.
- The item arrived damaged
- We made a mistake and shipped the wrong item
- The product is defective
- The product is recalled
